Our Process
Step 01
Once the LOI is received, our Project Manager mobilises within 7–10 days. Site levelling, benchmark setting, layout marking, and temporary infrastructure are established before any excavation begins.
Step 02
Excavation, PCC blinding, rebar placement, formwork, and concrete pours executed by our in-house skilled teams. Soil test reports and bar bending schedules are cross-verified before every pour.
Step 03
Column, beam, and slab construction advances floor by floor. Our daily pour-log tracks each element — grid reference, mix design, cube samples, curing regime, and stripping clearance — with a full digital record trail.
Step 04
Pre-handover punch-list checks conducted with the client and independent consultant. Cube strength certificates, mill test reports, as-built drawings, and EHS compliance records are submitted at handover.
