Service Overview
Parag Technobuild's Road and Infrastructure division delivers industrial road construction, internal plant roads, compound walls, drainage networks, and external site infrastructure for manufacturing parks, logistics hubs, and institutional campuses across India.
Our mechanised road teams manage the complete pavement package — sub-grade preparation, GSB/WBM/WMM base layers, DBM binder course, and BC wearing course — with compaction records, Marshall test results, and core samples documenting every layer.
We have built road and site infrastructure packages for clients including Air Liquide, Atotech, and Manitou Group, across industrial parks, chemical plants, and manufacturing facilities in 9+ states.
Discuss Your ProjectScope of Work
All road and infrastructure works below are self-performed by PTPL's own plant and labour — no subcontracting of critical pavement or drainage works.
Why Choose PTPL
Three strengths that make PTPL the right choice for site road and infrastructure packages.
Our civil engineers verify pavement design against the actual vehicle loads the road will carry — forklift axle loads, HMV trucks, and overwidth cranes — adjusting layer thicknesses and CBR requirements to deliver a road designed for its real operating life.
Graders, pavers, tandem rollers, and tyre rollers from PTPL's own equipment fleet mean we control the compaction programme and paving speed — delivering the required compaction density reliably across each layer without relying on hired-in plant.
We specify polymer-modified bitumen for high-stress zones and install full-depth construction details at heavy entry and exit points — significantly extending pavement life compared to standard-specification industrial roads.
Our Process
Step 01
Road alignment, levels, and cross-sections are surveyed. Pavement design is reviewed against soil investigation data and vehicle loading. Layer thicknesses and material specifications are finalised before mobilisation.
Step 02
Sub-grade compaction, GSB, and WBM/WMM layers are placed and compacted in lifts. Field density tests are conducted at every 500 m² and on every layer before the next course is placed.
Step 03
DBM binder course is placed and compacted to the specified temperature and roller-pass count. BC wearing course follows immediately. Core samples are taken and Marshall test results confirmed before handover.
Step 04
Kerb stones, channel drains, road markings, and signage are installed. Compound wall, entry gates, and site furniture are completed. As-built levels are surveyed and submitted with compaction records at handover.
