Parag Technobuild's Façade and Glazing division delivers high-performance building envelope systems — from unitised curtain walls and structural silicone glazing to ACP cladding, skylights, and bespoke entrance canopies — combining architectural quality with watertight durability.

Our in-house façade teams handle the complete envelope scope: aluminium profile coordination, glass and panel installation, sealant application, and drainage detailing — engineered to IS and BS wind-load and water-ingress standards.

In-House Glazing Expertise

Our façade engineers review shop drawings for structural and thermal performance, verify fixing bracket loads against the structural engineer's calculations, and supervise every installation phase — we do not rely on system-supplier representatives to catch errors.

Watertight Quality

Every sealant joint is installed by trained applicators using approved products, and each façade bay is hose-tested before scaffolding is struck. We do not close out a zone until it passes a documented water-test protocol.

Premium Material Sourcing

We specify glass, aluminium profiles, and sealants from verified manufacturers — Schüco, YKK, Saint-Gobain, Dow — ensuring the installed product matches the performance standard the project requires, with no substitution on site.

How We Execute
Every Project

Step 01

Shop Drawing Coordination

Façade shop drawings are reviewed against the architect's intent and the structural engineer's loads. Clash detection with MEP and civil teams confirms fixing bracket positions are clear before fabrication begins.

Step 02

Fabrication & Material Approval

Aluminium profiles are fabricated to approved drawings. Glass units are specified, ordered, and factory-inspected before delivery. A full-scale material mock-up is approved on site before installation starts.

Step 03

Installation & Sealant Works

Bracket installation, aluminium frame erection, and glass and panel installation proceed bay by bay. Sealant application is conducted by trained applicators under controlled temperature conditions.

Step 04

Water Test, Punch-List & Handover

A hose-test is conducted on every bay to IS/BS water-ingress protocol. Snagging is completed before scaffolding is struck. As-built drawings and manufacturer system warranties are submitted at handover.
