Service Overview
Parag Technobuild's Piling and Foundation division delivers reliable deep foundation solutions for industrial plants, large commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects — where weak bearing strata demands engineered pile design and disciplined execution.
Our in-house boring rigs, experienced pile foremen, and quality engineers manage the full foundation scope from layout setting-out through to pile integrity testing and pile cap construction — confirming load capacity before the superstructure begins.
We have installed foundation systems for clients including Mapei India, Ashok Leyland, and TVS Srichakra, across industrial, manufacturing, and logistics projects in 9+ states.
Discuss Your ProjectScope of Work
All piling and foundation works below are executed by PTPL's in-house rigs and foundation teams — no subcontracting of critical boring or concreting operations.
Why Choose PTPL
Three reasons project owners trust PTPL for their most critical foundation works.
PTPL owns and operates its own boring rigs with experienced foundation foremen who have drilled through dense laterite, loose alluvium, and rock. We apply a proven methodology for managing casing, slurry, and reinforcement in each soil profile.
Every piling programme includes a pre-agreed schedule of static and PDA load tests conducted under independent geotechnical supervision. Results are shared with the client before bulk piling commences — not after.
Our pile records include bore logs, concreting logs, cube results, and PIT/PDA test reports for every single pile — a full quality dossier that structural engineers and clients can reference at handover and in future due-diligence reviews.
Our Process
Step 01
Bore logs and soil investigation reports are reviewed by our geotechnical team. Pile type, diameter, depth, and spacing are confirmed against the structural engineer's design before mobilisation.
Step 02
The pile grid is set out from surveyed reference points. The boring rig is positioned and temporary casing installed. Trial bores confirm actual soil strata against design assumptions before the main programme begins.
Step 03
Each pile is bored to the approved set level, cleaned, and inspected before the rebar cage is lowered and tremie concreting begins. Bore log, cube records, and slump test data are recorded for every pile.
Step 04
PIT is conducted on 10–20% of piles. Static or PDA load tests are completed on agreed test piles. Pile cut-off, bush-hammering, and pile cap construction proceed after test results are accepted.
