Service Overview
Parag Technobuild's PEB Works division delivers complete design-and-erect packages for pre-engineered steel buildings — from single-span warehouses to multi-bay industrial plants — combining speed, economy, and structural precision that conventional construction cannot match.
Our teams coordinate directly with PEB manufacturers to verify anchor bolt layouts, oversee foundation works, and execute the full erection sequence — columns, rafters, purlins, sheeting, and flashings — using our own skilled riggers and crane operators, not local subcontractors.
We have erected PEB structures for clients including JSW Steel, Havells India, and Beumer Group, spanning manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, and commercial warehouses spread across 9+ states.
Discuss Your ProjectScope of Work
Every erection activity below is self-performed by PTPL's own riggers, crane operators, and site engineers — no critical erection work is subcontracted.
Why Choose PTPL
Three things our clients say set PTPL apart when they need a PEB structure delivered fast without cutting corners.
PEB structures go up in a fraction of the time of conventional RCC — PTPL delivers this advantage through meticulous pre-erection planning, concurrent foundation and fabrication, and a fully mobilised erection team ready from day one.
Our engineers review PEB vendor drawings at the coordination stage — verifying anchor layouts, base plate designs, and crane girder details — catching clashes before they become expensive site corrections.
We have erected clear-span frames from 18 m to 90 m across heavy-industry, pharma, and logistics sectors, adapting rigging methodology and crane selection to each project's unique span, bay spacing, and eave height.
Our Process
Step 01
On receipt of the LOI, our Project Manager aligns with the PEB vendor on anchor bolt drawings, reviews foundation loads, and mobilises the civil team — often beginning substructure works in parallel with steel fabrication at the vendor's plant.
Step 02
Anchor bolt templates are set out to exact grid, verified by survey, and concrete poured with cube samples taken. A post-pour dimensional check confirms bolt positions to within tolerance before steel delivery is scheduled.
Step 03
Columns, rafters, purlins, and girts are erected in a planned sequence by our erection engineer. Roof and wall sheeting, ridge capping, and all flashing details follow. Daily logs track each frame bay through to completion.
Step 04
A pre-handover punch-list is conducted with the client: paint touch-up, door and shutter installation, drainage connections, and dimensional checks. All erection records and paint certificates are submitted at handover.
