Understanding the Structure
PTPL operates through two interlocking structures — a Head Office that manages strategy, compliance, and resources, and a Project Site structure that executes delivery. Both report through clear lines to ensure accountability at every stage.
Head Office
The Managing Director leads three parallel functions — finance via the Chartered Accountant, operations via the Board of Directors, and administration via the General Manager. Every major decision traces back to this core.
Project Layer
The Project Coordinator acts as the critical link between the Board and on-site execution. Supporting the coordinator are dedicated Quality and EHS Leads who ensure standards are never compromised during delivery.
Project Site
On-site, each Project Manager oversees Billing & Planning, Quality Engineering, Site Safety, and the Site Engineer. The Foreman coordinates all ground-level work — from skilled/unskilled labour to MEP specialists.
